What happens next.

1. Order placed

Your order is confirmed and payment is verified. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

2. Processing

Your order is picked, packed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.

3. Carrier scan

UPS picks up your package and records the first scan. Tracking updates begin at this point. Transit estimate is 3–5 business days from first scan.

4. Delivery or exception

Your package is delivered to the confirmed address. If a delivery exception occurs — such as an incorrect address or missed delivery — UPS will leave instructions. Contact COSFLY support if the issue is not resolved within 2 business days.

Transit estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Estimated transit times are based on UPS standard service and do not account for carrier delays, weather events, holidays or address exceptions. COSFLY is not responsible for carrier-caused delays after the package has been scanned.

Address changes after shipment.

Once a shipment has been picked up by UPS, address changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Lost or significantly delayed packages.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after the last scan, contact COSFLY support with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with UPS.

Holiday and peak-period delays.

Processing and transit times may be extended during major US holidays and peak shipping periods. Check your order confirmation for the most current estimate at time of purchase.
