Outdoor Air Conditioner Covers
Choose by operating condition first, then measure the condenser and confirm cover style
Start with the right shape and size.
Choose by operating condition first — running unit or seasonal storage. Then measure condenser width, depth and height and confirm the cover style: breathable top panel for active use, or full sealed cover for off-season storage.

Built around the way outdoor condenser units are used.
A breathable top cover and a full seasonal cover are not interchangeable. COSFLY AC covers are designed for the specific operating condition — mesh panels for active units maintain airflow while blocking debris; sealed covers for stored units use reinforced seams and corner hook attachments to stay in place through winter. Confirm operating condition before selecting cover style.
Questions about fit and use?
How do I measure my air conditioner unit for a cover?
Measure the width, depth and height of the condenser unit itself — not the mounting bracket or surrounding structure. Use the largest dimension at each point. Compare all three measurements against the cover's listed fit range before ordering.
Can I use a cover while the unit is running?
Only if the cover is specifically designed for active use with a breathable or mesh top panel. A sealed full cover must not be used on a running unit — it restricts airflow and can cause the unit to overheat. Check the product label for operating condition before installing.
How do I secure the cover in wind?
Each cover includes corner hook-and-cord attachments that fasten under the unit base. Thread the cords through the hooks and pull snug. For high-wind conditions, confirm all four corners are secured before leaving the cover unattended.
Will the cover damage the unit finish?
COSFLY covers use a soft inner lining on panels that contact the unit surface. Do not install a cover over a unit that is still warm — allow the unit to cool fully before covering to prevent moisture from being trapped against the finish.
How do I clean the cover?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before folding or storing. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store in the included carry bag when not in use.
Can I leave the cover on year-round?
For seasonal storage covers, yes — the 600D Oxford fabric is rated for all-season outdoor use. For breathable running-unit covers, inspect the mesh panels each season and replace if the mesh is torn or blocked, as restricted airflow affects unit performance.
